They always have friendly knowledgeable staff. If by the off chance the product I'm after is not in stock they're quick to offer similar other products or let me know if its available at another one of their locations. They're not super annoying and trying to upsale you the whole time you're there. I enjoy the points and in-store credit rewards!! No, complaints!!!!

Very open bright shop. The guy behind the counter was really chill and helped me get a great deal of some solid vapes. I'll be stopping back in for sure. The other shop I've been going to is out here charging disgusting prices. Well over retail price. I expect to pay more in shop than online but more than double retail is wrong. Cloudz is pretty solid price wise from what I saw while looking around a little.

Don't waste your time here. Take the extra three minutes to drive to Vintage Vapor you'll have a better experience. I bought one of they're disposable vapes and opened it in store and it had multiple cracks. I showed it to the kid behind the counter and his response was that "it's like that because of how hard it hits man." Glad it cost me less than thirty dollars to realize I'm not coming back.

I went from a five star rating to a three star rating because I've taken the same tank in for a new coil, and the last three times I had to return the one they sold me and replace it. Every time, I've had to drive 60+ miles to find out they sold me the wrong one. Come on children, learn your trade if you want to get paid.

I don't usually write reviews however I like the Clouds shops in Billings. There's the one in the Heights and the one on Grand. The people are always laid back and they are great at directing you where you need to be depending on what you go in looking for. Quality products and a good return policy in the case that what you bought doesn't work. 5 Stars

Always awesome and attentive staff when I visit. If I have any questions, they're always great at answering them. They've also recommended some pretty great flavors for ejuice if I've ever been unsure of what one I want when I walk in. If you vape and haven't visited them yet, do it, it's so worth it!

Bought an items from them and it was broken after first use. Went back the next day and they told us they couldnt do anything for it, return or exchange. Told us we just need to use it the right way next time. $40 grinder was a waste of money. Will not go back!
