Been coming here for over a year every week, awesome place. Great staff too. They got everything I need (kratom, good snus) and have a rewards program. Def my go to place for smoke shop stuff

If I could I would rate a minus. I purchased a vape base and barrow Oct. 22nd of this year it's now Nov.3rd and I charged up my vape had 8 or 9 draw's and it stop working. The screen was stuck in the charging screen. I went to the store and said I needed to return Had the receipt and charging cord the VERY RUDE employee with the green baseball hat on plugged it in clicked on the charge button several times and walked over tossed the vape unit in the box it came in and said I broke he's not going to return or exchange it and I don't know how to work it and told me to leave. He also said they don't warranty or guarantee any of the product they sell. No signage saying that but he said he didn't care what I say and get out. Worse customer service I've ever seen. I also blogged on 3 other sites and several people have already agreed and told me their horror stories of Roseville Smoke Shop. Stay away

Often stop by this shop after work. Mainly to get cigars. The owner has great taste in selection of cigars. From taste of Havana Cuban rounds, to Montecristo Platinum, several 12 year old Gurkha, several 'My fathers' , Cohiba, Marco V, Olivia. Staff is always been helpful to me. Always asking if in need matches or a cigar bag.

My go-to tobacco shop. Just doors down from where I work. Making it EXTREMELY convenient for me. Employees are a bit friendlier then at most other smoke shops I've been to. Also, it's never crowded and always pretty clean/organized.

Normally no issues when I make a purchase. Today an employee sold me URB live resign disposable and my normal Esco bar. I was assured the thc was real because I questioned the legal side knowing MN is not a rec state. I went home and the esco bar did not work. Te battery was dead or the vape was empty. So I went back to exchange it and decided to google the tix cartridge details and found the thc zero is not only a chemical created in a lab but also that it is only supposed to be used in edibles and never vape or smoked. Its dangerous. So the owner yelled and acreamed and eventually told me he doesn't need my business.Worst experience at any store. That shop should be shut down for providing false information..

Staff is extremely rude to customers. I witnessed the older gentleman tell a woman to leave because he didn't have time to return her items. The long hair dude is just as rude. Heavy sighs and eye rolling when asking questions. That was my first and last time shopping there.
