don’t get scammed by this store, I bought a disposable vape (it was a dud) and the owner didn’t believe me, proceeds to hit it and says it’s fine when it obviously isn’t.

I like to get incense there. They have a better variety and you can get 3 of the larger sized ones for a dollar.

I've purchased hundreds of dollars in vape juice here. I've purchased my last 3 devices here. I needed a new mouthpiece for one of the quality devices they sell here but when I got home, I realized the clerk (who happens to be amazing) who sold me the mouthpiece had chosen the wrong mouthpiece by accident. No big deal, I returned it 3 days later to a different clerk and he starts monologuing about how we don't return items opened. I get that, it's only 5 bucks, not a problem to eat it because ultimately it's my responsibility to check that it's the right one. However, this dude made such a fuss over a 5 dollar mouthpiece that it just made me feel that all of the money I've spent here is not valued. I wish I would have come in when I normally do because the clerks I normally deal with always make you feel valued. Kudos to the owner for your morning crew. Afternoon crew couldn't care less. I'll be back for all of my purchases only because I love the dudes I deal with during morning shift. They wouldn't have grandstanded overt 5 bucks. I paid for the replacement mouthpiece because I would rather pay for it than have this clerk treat me like he's doing this huge favor for me after what I've spent the last 2 plus years.

I've came here 3 years and today was refused to be able to buy my items due to I had my 2 year old I have 2 kids and I've been going in there with my 1st born since she was a newborn and last week alone in 2 times with my 2 year old and 2 month old and never been denied. I've been to other tobacco stores and never been denied as long as it's a child with a parent you can go into any tobacco store.
I will not be coming here again after today I will go out of my way before spending my money here again.

I buy my cigarettes there because I smoke menthal and can’t get them in Minneapolis. Never had an issue. I’m usually in and out. However, last night I went in to get cigs and asked if they sold Delta 8 gummies. The clerk showed me what they had. I know nothing about that stuff so I was asking his opinion on what he likes. Then I asked about the vaping stuff. I was interested in BUYING something but wanted to get to know about how things work, how cbd is different, the disposable vape pens vs rechargeable. All of the sudden, another clerk said to him, “you don’t have to sit and answer all those questions.” I looked at him and he said to me, “we have other things to do and he can’t answer all kinds of questions.” WOW, I have NEVER been treated like that. It was a matter of about 15 minutes. I believe there were two customers that came in during that time, so it wasn’t busy and I wasn’t keeping him from other people. Today, I called and asked to speak to THE manager. They put another guy on the phone. I asked of he was the manager and he said he’ s a manger on duty. I asked who the top manager was, he paused and said, “ I’ll have to look up his name.” Then he asked why I was calling. I told him. He said “we can only spend 5 minutes with a customer. You’ll have to Google things to get to know.” HOLY SMOKES!!!!

I went back there yesterday and the guy who was working was awesome very friendly very helpful what he didn't know he looked up good experience all the way around I'll be back and I'll also tell others about your business

I would give 5 star review, if Kenny was working more. He has THEE best knowledge on smoking and vaping products. I know we can trust him with all our needs!

Home delivery sounds nice but I am at work during your hours your doing this. Be nice if we could order over the phone and pay. Than can pickup outside your store by calling when in your parking lot.
