Require a new 5 star review to use their rewards program 100 dollar discount, so the reviews arent accurate anymore. Their kratom has gone down hill over the past year. With the rudeness of the cashier today, I won't be back.Too many places sell nowdays. Dilions doesn't require I participate is something shady and gives me way more than a 100 bucks in gas.

Came in a few minutes before they closed and the lady got excessively upset that I didn't get there sooner. Still left before they closed so dunno why she was so annoyed.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to buy a couple vapes before closing, tried to apologize upwards of 10 times about coming in late and tried to be as nice and fast as possible. All we got in return was this lady being SO RUDE. Tried to test vapes before leaving the store as required by this specific store and the lady working, with some random man and a dog hanging out in the store as well??, and she pretty much kicked us out. Said “come on guys let’s go I’m locking the door.” There was still over 5 minutes until closing and we tried to be as nice and quick as possible. Used to be one of our favorite places to get vapes as its close to our house but after this super negative experience we won’t be going back. Everything is so disorganized it’s so hard to tell what is what now. The lady seemed annoyed we had to ask about certain vape flavors, but simply making the labels visible would fix all that. 0/10 recommend if you want a pleasant and nice experience.

Their rewards app says they open at 8. Their window sign says they open at 9. Long after 9 the door is still locked. Whatever. People wonder why physical shops are closing because everyone wants to shop online.
Update: Don’t worry, I’ll never go back there after the way the clerk told me off because of my 2 star review.
