Staff are always informative, innately pleasant, and welcoming. Constantly updated selection. Any issues with product are promptly resolved, and never with discomfort. Headed there shortly, actually. Keep it up, everyone!

Went in to this store today as i have been for the last 4 months or so and this time it was a really bad experience. Maybe they got tired of seeing me or something. I was talking to a girl who ive talked to before who was pleasant. Ive had my vape for a while and it was great at first but it went downhill about a month ago. My cartridges started dying right away and i bet out of 10 cartridges only 1 lasted for a week. When i first bought the vape they would last 2-3 weeks. I went in today because i've just been wasting money and bought an elf bar. This guy who works there walked up and rudely inserted himself in the friendly conversation we were having and started coming up with every reason he could not to honor the warranty. It was ridiculous… He wasn't even making eye contact per usual. He was very stern almost scary to be honest. Before he came over he was doing some karate moves in the back of the store for some reason. Beware lol.

They don't care about their workers, their livelihoods, or safety. Its a joke now. The good staff is gone and they're hiring any warm body who will tolerate their bs. Will miss yall. Good luck finding a new shop

Super chill environment, very very informative and kind representative name Ryan who was just excellent. The regional manager Jen was also very hands on with the customer and very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend this store if you are in the area .

Really nice people, easy to talk to, good selection. Pretty sure the frequent shopper program gives your info to every robocaller ever (day after signing up got 30/day until I installed an anti-rc app), but otherwise can't confirm so no stars lost.

I will return in the near future vape shops seem basically the same except for the service Usually one 18year-old kid run in the whole store. Not at Kure CBD & Vape well staffed with product and people service is excellent.And I will mention you by name superwoman that saved my day in my next review

Had an issue with product, it was represented to me that the product would be warrantied if it had issues. After finding out that product was not covered by a return/exchange policy the manager made sure to find a solution that I was happy with. Review has been edited to reflect current circumstance.

The only reason I go to this location and this location only, it because how polite and helpful Ryan is. I bought my new vape but declined his offer so set it up, (I set it up wrong of course) and took it in and he not only fixed it but pointed out what I did wrong and the right type of juice and coil to recommend. And they also give a cdl discount which is a plus. Give Ryan a raise!
