Best vape shop in Idaho! I have Been going here for years and have never been disappointed with the customer service, selection of products or atmosphere. The staff is approachable, helpful and nice. My main man Kory is always giving great recommendations on flavors and helping me out with exchanging broken/faulty disposables. I have Tried other shops in Boise and meridian but nothings better then the vapor loft.

I was in the shop today and last night. Trinity today was so beyond helpful! She knew all the flavors what taste great what doesn’t and was so awesome to work with! She gained a customer for life! However I do have to say the woman who was working last night Dec 5th was no help at all. She had an attitude and seemed upset to be there in general and made the experience not good, I returned today because my mom stole my vape and I wanted to get another before leaving town thankfully trinity was there to answer every and all questions we had! Thank you so much!

Synopsis: They sell/have sold;
* Old/oxidized juices past expiration
* Cheap/FAKE Sony 18650 batteries
Been going here for years only due to it's proximity to my house. Many times over the years they have sold me juice that is so old that the color is yellow when it should be clear. Twice they sold me the wrong atomizer, which fit, but leaked all over. Both times I told the clerk I thought it wasn't the right one, same dude both times assured me it was. Got a replacement on one, demanded it, he gave me the wrong replacement.. The clerks are nice, but they are kids who don't know a whole lot about stuff. One kid argued with me when I pointed out the vape juice wasn't supposed to be yellow, aka it oxidized in the presence of sunlight (UV). He was adamant about juice never actually 'spoiling.' The most coincidental part about this situation was that when I got home, I realized I had purchased the same juice, dated from the exact same batch from an online retailer. The thing that's funny is that I purchased the bottle 8 months prior but kept it in a freezer. They sell spoiled yellowing juice.
That's just information from over the years. That's not why I'm finally reviewing this distasteful establishment. The reason I come to write, is that I decided to buy batteries from here. Even though it's way more expensive than online, I figured they have sold me good ones before..... I almost bought four since it was some sort of 'deal.' The batteries they sold me are Chinese fakes. They don't hold a constant voltage after 75% battery level drain. To give you an idea how ridiculously bad these fake batteries are, they preform worse than salvaged cells from a laptop battery pack that was over 10 years old. The owner is ripping people off, selling old juices, charging a premium and hires stoner kids to run shop. Anyways, they got hundreds out of me over the years, but I'm done. The straw that broke the camel was cheapo fake 18650's. Never again, forever never. Bye bye

Let me put it this way...If I came into this shop looking for my dog..despite the fact I don't have a dog..these guys would somehow manage to give me a puppy. In turn making my day, year and life.
EVAN and ALEX were here tonight and their service and personalities were some of the best i've had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time. After them presenting me with the Lost Vape Orion Cartridges, Saurin Air Cartridges, and juice I needed I naturally wanted to stay and chat because they felt like friends already! 5 stars for sure!
