*worst experience* Loyal Customer here but man i had the worst experience today. Yesterday I bought a coil for my vape that was also purchased in the same location. First time to buy a coil so i have no idea what it looks like so i gave them my vape and was pretty confident that they knew what they were doing. End up giving me a wrong coil so i have to spend my time and gas drove back and told them what happened. Bruh I waited almost an hour for them to investigate what happened and asking me to wait more time coz they were checking the cameras. Like how would you do that to a loyal customer? It’s like a big loss for a company if they give away $11 worth of coil for a mistake they did. End up paying again for a different coil. Never coming back again!!!!!

Prwrry decent shop. Prices were ok. That parking tho....it's just no good.. located on a highly industrial area next to a repair shop, audio installation shop, on a busy street with like 4 parking spots guaranteed to be taking by employees of the other businesses near by. Was stupid aggravating to deal with that.

BEWARE. I purchased a vape and literally opened it right outside the door. Liquid was comming out all out of the box/ package, I returned in the store a few seconds later, asked politely if I could get it swapped. Employees tell me no, signs on the door( one sign mind you)( not all over the store). Very unprofessionally told me you can just buy another one. Owner has Zero integrity for customers. I didn’t take it home for a day, literally opened it right outside the door a few seconds later. Any other shop would’ve swapped no problem. A $23 vape that you probably buy wholesale for $5 a pop. It’s the principal my guy, do right by your customers. Put your policy descriptive big and bold on your business photos and business description. Customer service= fair review

Friendly staff,good prices and cheap vape. Even if they see you all the time they still ask for i.d. which is a good thing.

The staff is really well knowledgeable in what they have for their inventory. And knows really well. What flavors are the bomb..i Iitterally live across the street on republican. Me and my sister Jolene been coming here for a few years now excellently service...yessah chee

The manager Kela definitely needs a retrain on customer service. I was standing in line with my wife waiting patiently as a couple had walked in behind us she blatantly ignored us and is by far the saddest excuse of a customer service representative. Hmu Kela I’ll be at volcano
