This place by far has the best people working. So nice, friendly and outgoing. If I could I'd work there just for the fun of it! Alison, Hi'i, Haley, Kalani and the other guy. Can't remember his name but he's really good looking and muscular. Only place I'd shop!

Been coming here for a year. Workers here are chill. I don’t like trying new things and would get the same product im used to every visit except this one time they were out but they’re good at recommending similar items and next thing you know I went from a regular puffbar and upgraded to a chargeable, longer lasting, smoother product that is now my go-to every visit Lol.
ps, I sometimes get off late from work so love the store hours!

The BEST vape shop on the island. Huge selection of disposables & juices. Great variety of mods & they sell delta 8 and kratom as well! Their customer service is by far, the best. The girl that works at nighttime is so welcoming & helpful, I felt like we were friends. I trust all of the staff’s recommendations, they’re never wrong. Hours are from 7am-11pm so they’re there for you anytime. Plus they let you test the products in store so if there’s a problem with it, they’ll switch it out for a good one. THE BEST PRICES. they have 4 locations on the island but this one has 3 chandeliers, by far the snazziest looking vape shop i’ve been to. Overall the only place I would recommend to anyone. THE BEST.

Huge selection, sooooo many choices. Great prices, much cheaper than any others in the Ala Moana area.
Only thing that can be a little challenging is parking. It took me driving around the block twice to get a spot my truck could hardly fit.

Tested both elf bars in front of one of your female workers. One tasted different than the other. I asked her if I could have another one. She then tested it and said I could not have another one because she said it was fine. You literally put your mouth on it and tried it and then denied me to just have a new one. With Covid still around. Great customer service. Asked to speak to manager. She said she is one. Literally the only time you’re guys wouldn’t give me a new one when it tasted burnt. Your kalihi and Wahiawa locations are much better at customer service than what I experienced here. And I’m a regular. Very disappointed.

Definitely not the cheapest vapes by far. They are way more expensive than other vape shops, ranging from $1 to $5 more expensive for disposable vapes. Their "loyalty program" or whatever you want to call it is kind of lame, after you spend $150 then you get $5 off. The vape store I go to gives you 30% off your entire purchase after 10 visits, no matter how much you spend. With that being said, they do have an excellent selection of disposable vapes. Excellent customer service, the female that helped me was so sweet. And they open at 7am which is really convenient, no other vape shop opens that early. I would definitely go back if I needed a vape earlier in the morning when the other vape shops are closed.
