Management is still awful. “New” staff has little to no knowledge of the products they sell. Store seems to be falling apart as the walls can be seen hanging on by a thread. Speaking of products, they are low quality and defective. If I could give it zero stars trust and believe I would. Save yourself the trouble and head over to xhale right across the street from this dump they call a “smoke shop”.

I went here and we purchased a pop. We took it out and tested it right there at the register. The girl checking us out was a sweet heart. But when the pop was a dude she called the manager. Manager informed us that they would not replace or give a full refund of the purchase. We were not warned or told this before purchase. When we asked about the sign letting people know about the policy change he informed us that it was on the receipt. But that is useless because at that point the purchase has been made. I would not recommend this place because they do not keep their signs and policy changes current.

Very angry
I purchased a pop here and was told by the cashier to “check it and make sure it works” so I opened it in the store and it was leaking and did not work... the manger was called and told me there was a sign stating their policy of no returns after purchase. There was no sign. He then back tracked and stated it was on the receipt. Which does me no good.
Manager needs to tell his employees the policies so customers are not misinformed.

Overpriced vapes that dont even work, have had quite a few that have been leaking excessively or even not hitting, and then when you bring them back to them they only offer a 25% refund, huge money grab, do not recommend coming here

Didn't enjoy my experience here, my vape was leaking and would stay hitting even after I had hit it.
