Smokey Jones Smoke & Vape Shop

This is the main building. The others have less & limited stock on the regular basis - this location has reliable stock. However the cashiers are young and in most cases high & uneducated on product & customer service. The turnover rate is high - workers don't last - therefore if you come across a good, helpful, attentive, supportive, knowledgeable with great customer service individual- it will be short lived because the cashiers don't last. You need to be knowledgeable on your needs & wants regarding the product you seek walking in the door! However the owner Mr Jones is a very nice person & when he is around you get great service. Never ever ever ever Walk into this or these shops if you know that there's a possibility during your shopping event you will need to use the rest room because they pick what customers will be allowed to use the rest & what customer will not be able to use the rest room 🤔 👀👁️ .
However this location is fully stocked.
Heads up the manager stood by and watched her worker(with poor visible hygiene and a bad attitude) go back & forth with a customer. This was a terrible experience ,,,& very poor customer service- will not return!!

Went in on Oct 2nd and Aisha and I forgot the other lady's name but they are both dedicated to this store and their mission to please. I was only coming in to get a Grinder but these lovely ladies was able to get me to buy a ticket and also explained everything to me. I have a festival on the same date as the ticket but they were so interested that we found a 4 hour window that I could still attend the event. I APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! One and Only Smoke shop to TRUST AND keep elevating!!

This is a great place to stop in for all your smoking / vaping/ swag needing self and frends (aint no I in 'friends'). Every time i visit tampa i make sure that this is a must to come to. You could go to any other brick n mortar hole in the wall spot, for the same products of lesser quality , but Smokey Jones will always haave the best of the best, the 'creme de la creme', the price is right, so is the helpful staff that is more then accommodating and knowledgeable of any questions or items youre looking for. Even if you dont put one in the air stop inn too!! I guarantee there is something here for you! Blanket, shirts, sox, dominoes, pillows, faygo...etc just bring yo self!! Bring yer frends too!! all are welcomed to joining the fun and finding what u need for a perfect sesh. Also pick up some store merch so you can join the ranks of local shop supporters. MUCH LUV & PEACE!

Kevin was a great help from start to finish. Spent the time going through the best reusable vape options for me. Then proceeded to offer help with the set up. Overall great experience!

Just grabbed some Raw mercy from this shop and I had such a great experience! Amber helped me with all my needs and was so pleasant to work with and made my experience the best ! Will be back !

I would not ever go here again, go to the smoke shop on Gunn hwy. They have better vapes and effective ones that are real, this smoke shop sells you reuse or burnt vapes. You can tell it’s reuse by how it comes dirty, and plus the smoke shop on Gunn gives you better prices, last longer, no problems. The management and service here are rude lol what a career these people have, can’t expect good hospitality from these type of people.

I was there 1 month and a half I spent nearly $300 a geekvape I highly recommend a large bottle of naked e-liquid and 3 5 packs of coils which were about $35 a 5 pack the girl behind the counter was the main girl but handled me off to a new girl she made a mistake with one of the packs of coils that didn’t match the vapor I had purchased I went to the hospital for a stent in my heart so I didn’t return for a month and a half but they said they would give me 10% credit I just wanted to replace the wrong one for the correct coils so buyer beware poor customer service they lost my business over $30 really $0 cause I just wanted the correct coils plus I was going to get more e-liquid what a shame just so you know I never write reviews I believe it’s a waste of my time a I threw the coils in the garbage

Smokey Jones is best around.. excellent selection and the atmosphere and staff are very nice.. most of all .. the prices are great. I give 5 stars..

Kevin helped me find the right vape I was looking for. I highly recommend this smoke shop. This is the only smoke shop i've come to for the last three years, and it's never failed me
