This is a fantastic establishment! They have great products and even better customer service. Cody in particular is an amazing person. He is what makes Cosmic Clouds so special, in my opinion. I've dealt with him quite a few times, and he has always been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend that you visit Cody at Cosmic Clouds for all your smoke shop needs!

Just go to flames smoke shop better customer service cleaner store and reasonable prices …. I went in to a shirtless cashier pretending to be high wasn’t impressed by the poor customer service on top of paying 15.50 for two packs of backwoods the store has to be down bad. ( plus I couldn’t use any of the wraps all dry )

So I have been going to this location very frequently for about 2 years now and they never fail to help me figure out anything. They get new employees and it's like they know everything within a couple days. There is one employee I would like to point out though, I believe his name was Jaren. He was absolutely amazing, he was super friendly, he had very funny conversations with me and he just seems like an awesome person in general! So big heads up to the one who hired Jaren, he seems like he's gonna be one of the familiar faces at cosmic 💯🤙🏻

Good spot for smokers and their accessory needs. Been a customer here over a year now and I can say that they usually have a good stock and selection. The staff, while maybe not the most energetic crew, are chill and polite and they definitely take care of their customers. I had an issue with a newer hire selling me the wrong juice and, despite their "no returns" policy, they made it right by offering a full refund. They also, of course, got me set up with some new juice appropriate for my device.

They have everything you need! The was well lit very clean. Very organized excellent customer service and it smells really nice in there. The parking was okay and close to the beach which made it very convenient for me. Looking forward to checking them out again!

I don't have anything bad to say about the actual shop, but the chick with the baby running around the store is rude as hell. She didn't even have the decency to acknowledge I was there and nobody else was even in the store. She was too busy yelling and cussing to someone on the phone, didn't sound like a business call to me. And if she's speaking that way in front of me, she obviously doesn't care what the kid hears. So sad for the toddler. Whoever runs this place should drop her quick if they want to keep the shop in business. Two thumbs way, way down!

Fantastic little shop. Close to home, great location, wide variety of products, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I HIGHLY recommend this store, will definitely be returning in the future.

A well rounded go-to vape shop with reasonable prices and a very good selection of vapes, liquids and e-sticks. They also have a small selection of real cigars and cigarillos. I recently purchased the wrong $90 vape because I could not open it to make certain it was the correct one. They exchanged it a couple of days later for the one I was after without any hassle and it was nice to have been treated fairly. Would have given five stars if the employee who sold me the wrong vape had been wearing a mask... very irresponsible for any person who has daily contact with the general public.

It was very clean. Normal prices for a smoke shop. The guy was very informed on the products. I will be returning bc the customer service was just amazing!! Thank you
