Bought a Seahorse tip and it does not work properly, I gave it a chance but it just wastes product. It could be due to the fact that the tip was rolling around loose in the drawer with the other tips. There was another worker at the time who was extremely rude while I was finalizing my purchase with one worker. Not going back, especially after the treatment I got when I walked in to them lounging around watching cartoons for an overpriced broken tip.

I think the people who work here are overall nice, however there are better vape shops in the area now. I've always felt rushed like someone was always breathing down my neck, and from someone who made juices a long time - the house made juices are downright bad. Way too harsh, no flavor, and far too expensive.

I am beyond greatful to have these guys so close to home....Everything about this place I would give 5 stars! The guys that work there are super friendly, easy to talk to and pretty funny 😍. But the best part is they are extremely knowledgeable in all things "vape" and always want to help with whatever issues I come across. They NEVER make me feel like they are too busy to tend to me or that customer service is a burden to them and they've always been willing to help me experiment with different flavors to help me get exactly what I want. I have visited several different vape stores in our area but this is by far my favorite and they have my loyalty 😁❤️

Spoke with Robert tonight and he was extremely knowledgeable of all of their products and equipment. He helped my husband and I to understand what exactly was in their products and really brought value to the quality of the products that they use.

Just moved to the area, stopped in to get some juice and met Robert and Nate! Great guys! Very knowledgeable and friendly, after talking with them for 90 seconds it felt like I had been coming in for years! I am an old school kind of customer, this will be the only place I will go for my vaping needs! Definitely check this place out... you will never go to another vape store! So glad to see hurricane Michael didn't keep these guys down!! Come support 😊

These guys have been awesome. Very knowledgeable in the whole vape scene. Have helped me in my journey to quit smoking. They are always friendly, and very polite. As soon as I walk in the door, they greet me by name, and know what I need or want. They really bring a smile to my face. You want great customer service, then this is the place to go.

Robert helped me with my glass change, coil change, and cleaned my vape. He was very professional and polite along with the two other gentlemen. The other made my juice and the next one rang me out. I highly recommend going here! They all 3 are very knowledgeable about the products and juice. I will definitely start making this place my go to store.
