I have had a remarkable top tier customer service experience with Teagardin’s. I am supporting my partner in quitting cigarettes. She has been using vapes and decreased her usage significantly. This entire team has been so incredibly helpful and accommodating in ensuring we are able to receive orders - and going above and beyond when we are in a pinch. We had a complicated situation and we’re trying to secure vapes before we travel and they’ve done so much to ensure she has what she needs. I am so impressed by everyone on this team. 10/10 recommend, these guys are truly the absolute best.

This is the best smoke shop I’ve found in LA. The staff is super friendly and are more than happy to take their time to show you their products instead of rushing you to buy something . They even deliver.. I had the pleasure of meeting Derek the supervisor when I was there purchasing a desktop vape. Super nice guy. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Would go back just to talk to the staff to see how they are doing even

Yeah I'm one of those people that was walking by also and that was so disgusting of what they did that. I also felt the need to post something. I see that the owner replies to a lot of comments. Don't bother these one stars are not coming off until those two are fired. I'm sure that doesn't mean anything but still it's the only thing that we can do

Jesus that place is a joke... They don't realize it's on Santa Monica boulevard and there's a lot of quick traffic. That guy that just got turned away 5 minutes before they close because they don't get paid overtime. Literally 10 people just witnessed that. That was disgusting. Making sure to never go there

huge waste of my time as i've been trying to call for the past 20 minutes and of course they answer right as the last delivery person left. The online store doesn't work either as i tried that option for 20 minutes. Disappointing and won't be ordering from here ever. 0 stars
