The young woman that's about 5 foot 5 120lbs with the long brown hair that works here is very rude and sarcastic. She treats customers like they are a burden on her time and an inconvenience. She even talked to me like I was stupid because of the way I handed her money buying cigs. Will never visit that location again. The one at Belle Mill is way better the young man that runs that one actually possess good customer service skills.

More retail owners should treat people the way these guys do. The staff is excellent and you can save money joining their program. Every once in a while they will toss you a vape for being a good customer. I wish all stores that I spend money at had this attitude and detail to attention.

The Staff there are really great. Prices on the liquids they carry are very reasonable. I just hope they can open back up once this lock down is over. I'm having to order our juice online again and I hate it!

If you're looking for cigars, steer clear of the cheap ones. Please keep in mind what you are searching for when it comes to choosing to get a cigar from here. They will let you look at the cigars before you actually buy them. Look for veins in the leaves, these are not good. Watch out for shredded tobacco so you don't make a mistake and get basically a giant swisher. Do some research on the cigars you lean towards and watch reviews. These people are very nice. They don't even sell meth pipes which is a VERY GOOD sign that they care about the people they draw into their business. They have an awesome selection of CBD and Alpha 8 products as well as tobacco and pipes. If you're looking for something to do when you're waiting on pizza next door or before/after you go shopping at Railys or Game Stop, this is a great place to go wander.

While traveling for work my tank glass got busted and I didn’t bring my spare. Did a quick search in hopes to find a shop that had replacement glass. Well let me tell you Amy was fantastic! Not only was she able to get me new glass but also had my triple mesh coils! If you need stuff in Red Bluff this is the place to go!

So thought I'd share my 2nd experience with this smoke shop. It's Sunday I get that they were supposed to be open at 10:00 am on the dot. I stood there outside waiting for them to open about 30 mins and they still weren't open finally when they open the person opening tells me to wait why he can open up. IAM sorry but you were supposed to open at 10 not 10:30. They also lost alot of customers while I was standing and waiting. What kinda business doesn't open when they say they're supposed to be open. Not to mention I spent 108$ there like it was nothing.#rant over

Good selection of vapes and juices also salts a little more expensive than chico but overall average pricing.

I liked that place until today when the guy tried to rip me off. Roy's smoke shop gave me the real price on the Lookah coils $25 for 5. The guy at smoke and vape tried charging me twice that.
