If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Went in to buy coils and the guy sold me the incorrect kind that I needed. Went back within 20 minutes. The minimum wage vaping expert then informed me that he won’t exchange for the correct size. Great customer service Vaporice lol. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was refused service because I was asked to have my $500 electric scooter left outside. I was not greeted or even said hello to, local money not spent here. Bummer...

What I've experienced going to this vape shop:
- Out of the coils I want almost every time I go
- No juice availability for anything over a 6mg nicotine
- Buying product to accrue points towards free juice, only to be told I'm unable to redeem those points for juice
-Continuing to accrue points in an attempt to earn a free disposable vape - something that is offered in their app. When finally reaching the points needed, I'm also unable to redeem for this reward because they have no more. I asked the clerk if they'll ever get more and he said probably not. Wasn't offered any sort of equivalent for redeeming my points - not for any juices, discounts, or products.

I HIGHLY recommend going to Vaporwave at 99th Avenue and Bell. I've started going there here and there and will begin going there exclusively. Amazing customer service, a rewards system that actually works, and products that are always in stock. The owner there is super friendly and there to help.

Emily is very friendly and helpful, I come by probably once a week and everyone is always very helpful and engaged! Emily is always willing to help and provides great feedback when I’m indecisive in my decisions. Will continue to come her for all my disposables!!

called for a specific coil because I have running around driving and its getting expensive. The girl answers and I tell her the coil name and she takes about 3 seconds and says nope do not have them. Now I know I go into the other store to buy my juice and there are a ton of coils there. No way she looked at all she just did not feel like checking to see if she had them. Not a good way to add to your customer base or sell items you may have in stock.
