Just stopped in to Vixen Vapes for the first time and 10 minutes before they closed. Niel was super helpful and courteous. He gave me very good options and advice on a new pod system as well as giving me the option of trying flavors before I bought them. The service there was amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere and very nice looking. I am new to vape so I had lots of questions and they were very patient and explained everything. I had used a disposable prior to going there and was still smoking because the disposables made me cough. I left there with a nice set up that works great for me that I can adjust gradually. Still not used to flavors, I still like the taste and feel of a plain cigarette but it's getting better. I definitely recommend going there for all your vape needs. I look forward to experimenting with new flavors and they have so many to choose from.

They don't really have what I personally want. Service is good but was sold as a first time customer a product they'd discontinued. Seems like they sell more big mod pieces, non-disposables. I may be wrong but I've been five times and they only had three product types they would try to sell me. I don't like big, palm-held disposables or big mod refillables. Limited on anything else, that I could tell by what they offered me

Wonderful customer service and amazing collection of vape and vape accessories. I’ve gotten so used to vape shops these days being filled with nothing but disposables. These guys have a large selection of both salt and sub ohm devices as well as deals on juice and older model devices if you’re trying to save money. And yes, disposables as well if you into it. Anyone who says they had a bad experience here probably just needed stronger nic!

No pushy sales, he just wanted him to actually like what he purchased. The shop is very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend for any newbie that wants to feel comfortable asking questions. I love Vixen Vapes! Always friendly, always helpful and they fixed my vape that had been sitting awhile, it's like brand new! I definitely recommend them. Great selection of juice and vapes, and they are very knowledgeable.. Update: came in because my vape broke from being dropped, they tried to fix it however, it just was behind repair. I ended up buying a new vape and appreciate their friendly help whenever I go in there
