My girlfriend & I would like to shout out Eric @ Vapes & More! He is definitely the bomb dot com & made the world of vaping seem like a breeze! He was very knowledgeable & put us on the right track to help us achieve our goal to quit smoking! His recommendations were beginner friendly & not only did he help us pick out our vapes but he also educated us the entire time & even offered to set us up before we walked outta the door! Absolutely stellar customer service & this man should get a raise! (: I have visited this establishment previously in the past & came back due to the chill environment, the broad range of merchandise, & the customer service! 10/10 would recommend! :D

The Vape Juice selection is Amazing & they always have my favorites in stock as well as my coils. I never go anywhere else! They have great hours too. Great store and knowledgable staff. Very very friendly and have a fantastic customer service attitude and demeanor. I'm very impressed with Steven for certain. I have been to four different stores from Calera, Montevallo, and Hoover, and this is the best one of them all. Definitely will return and will give them all my money for vape goodies.

Love this place. Super nice people and really relaxed atmosphere. Honestly, I'm usually in and out in under ten minutes, because they're very on top of their customer service. Used to go all over and get supplies from tons of different stores, but now I only shop here.

I really wanted to like this store, but I just can't after my last few experiences there. First time or two I thought the store was pretty cool, it is big with what seems like a large selection of juice. The first couple times the guy I dealt with seemed pretty cool and seemed to know a good bit. Bought a nice tank and some other stuff including one of their "Grab bags" at the register that was guaranteed to have $20 worth of products and was told they would order the ceramic coils for the tank I bought there because they didn't have any other than what came with the tank. I signed up for their point reward program. When I opened the grab bag, the juices that were in it were over a year expired and it only had half of the mech mod - completely useless. They said they would call when the coils came in. Never got a call. Went in a week or two later, the employees were just lounging on the sofa watching TV. I asked about the coils that they said they would order and the kids there acted like I was speaking a foreign language and tried to tell me that they didn't make ceramic coils for that tank that I bought there. I pulled it up online on my phone and showed them. The kid called the owner and asked again to order the coils. They again told me they call me. Never got a call. I went in a couple weeks later, again kids just hanging out. I asked about the coils and they knew nothing. The kid called the owner and asked and the owner said they would be in on Thursday or Friday. While I was in the store, the 2 kids (both guys) started throwing stuff at each other. I called the store Friday afternoon, was told they had a huge shipment in the back they were probably in there and to call back tomorrow. Called the next day and was told they weren't there, they must have gone to the other store, but they would have them sent down. I went in the following week to buy some juice. There was only one guy there and he was sitting on the sofa. He got up and asked if we needed anything, helped with selecting some juice, but you could tell he was totally stoned. I asked about the coils and of course he knew nothing. I gave up. It seems this store is ran by a bunch of kids, that just hang out and only get up when they have to. The owner could care less about keeping customers. This store could be really nice and a cool place, but unfortunately they just aren't doing what it takes to make it that. I won't be returning.

Best vape shop I've been into in a long time. I travel and have been to many all over the US, but this one impressed me. Selection was HUGE, especially for juices, but also for hardware.

Cannon was working and I received exceptional customer service from him. He not only helped me pick out what I needed, but he also took the time to help me set everything up, all while helping other customers as they came into the store. No one waited... he was very conscientious about every customer in the store.

I will only go to Vapes & More from now on. Oh, and they had a dog bed that my dog lied down in as I shopped. Great atmosphere!

These guys are always so helpful when I visit!! So glad this place is right down the road from where I work. Little bit expensive for certain juices. Prices could come down a little. But other than that, its a good place to purchase from.

One day a couple years ago I discovered Vapes and more. The store looks great, has a massive selection and reasonable prices. I'm usually in and out in 3 to 5 minutes and they typically have what I need in stock. Any time I've had an issue (ordered 6mg, I realized they gave me 3mg after I opened the bottle) they made it right immediately. I highly recommend this shop.

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. These guys are great. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need or want. I highly recommend!
