I found the experience to be one of the best I have ever had in any store. The people there are wonderful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I got all my questions answered and was treated extremely well. The prices were also lower than was expecting them to be. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in their products.

I have been here three times and not once have I experienced the level of service described in most reviews. I just went and the prices are NOT great. If anything, they have above average prices, arrogant staff (I spoke less than 20 words), with "you are stupid" attitudes.
I suspect the good reviews are either one offs, or written by staff and their friends.

I went in the shop. I was greeted by a nice young lady who has good customer service, and was very knowledgeable about the products. Everything looked so good, I got talked into spending more than I planned. I highly recommend this shop.
