They were dishonest with me about their return policy and made no attempt to help rectify the situation at all. Dishonest business people hurt the whole "shop local" mantra. I can buy from a big box company and they will stand by their policy at least instead of just lying. I know the store didn't make the defective product but they profited off of selling a defective product and then left me no service. Very displeased.
Edit: You did not stand by your product this weekend when I brought it up there. No phone number, no website, nothing. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they are taking care of the return.

Had an issue with 2 new vapes being methol or ove and Jordan hooked me up instead of me having to be out 40 dollars on vaps I don't use he let me get a different one

I’ve checked out every vape shop around town and Hempys CBD and Vape is definitely the best shop in town! I drive 15 minutes just to shop there because the deals they give me. The staff here is so nice and very professional! I Definitely recommend them, go check them out!

I went into the store looking for a specific 10,000 puff vape, in which I had searched throughout North Alabama, trying to find, with no luck. Hempy’s didn’t carry that brand, but Jordan assisted me with various popular vapes, several that interested me, yet I was adamant about the 10,000 puffs (LOL) Jordan took a pic of the vape that I was so desperately wanting, along with my phone number, and searched for weeks, (checking back with me to let me know he was still searching) until he found EXACTLY what I wanted! He went ABOVE and BEYOND

Disappointed with the selection of what I was told would be there from other reviews and website info. But, the vape shops I visit around Atlanta seems to have more products (quantity), a wider variety of products (quality of products is better at other locations, besides this place).

BEST SHOP IN TOWN! I love coming here and getting my vapes from here! Best prices I’ve seen in town! Never had a defected item! If you’re into Pops and Hale puffs, they have multiple flavors and a whole lot of verities to try if you’re looking for something different! Always up to date! Highly recommended!
